Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

From May 11, 2017, the Defendant is a person who engages in credit business under the trade name of "C" from Daegu Seo-gu building B and from the first floor.

No credit service provider shall, when granting a loan to an individual or a small enterprise, exceed 24/100 per annum.

1. On March 2, 2018, the Defendant loaned 1 million won (800,000 won for actual payment) to the above E in a street near a restaurant where D’s trade name is unknown, and entered into an agreement on the condition that 100,000 won equivalent to 10% of the principal shall be paid once a week for the indefinite interest, and on April 23, 2018, the Defendant was paid interest of 701.923% per annum exceeding the statutory interest rate after receiving a total of 1.6 million won for principal and interest from April 23, 2018.

2. Around April 17, 2018, the Defendant loaned one million won (820,000 won in actual payment) to the above E at the same place, agreed on the condition that the principal is repaid in indefinite terms, the interest is paid once a share of 100,000 won equivalent to 10% of the principal, and was paid 738.251% interest exceeding the statutory interest rate by receiving a total of 1.5 million won in principal and interest from May 28, 2018.

3. On May 4, 2018, the Defendant loaned one million won (8.50,000 won for actual payment) to the above E at the same place as above, and repaid the principal with indefinite repayment, and paid 100,000 won per share equivalent to 10% of the principal. By May 29, 2018, the Defendant received interest of 601.176% per annum exceeding the statutory interest rate by receiving a total of 1.2 million won for principal and interest from May 29, 2018.

4. Around June 8, 2018, the Defendant loaned one million won (80,000 won for actual payment) to the above E at the same place, and agreed on the condition that the principal is repaid, the interest with indefinite payment, and one million won equivalent to one hundred thousand won for the principal shall be paid once a week. On July 9, 2018, the Defendant received a payment of interest of 735.87% per annum exceeding the statutory interest rate by receiving a total of 1.3 million won for principal and interest from July 9, 2018.
