(c) Formulation, execution approval, and settlement of budgets;

(d) Election of executives;

(e)The disposal of paper materials and the approval of the debentures (ii) above may delegate to the president or an executive officer his authority with respect to a particular matter;

Article 10 (Convocation) An officer meeting shall be convened by the Chairperson.

Provided, That where a written request is made to convene a meeting stating at least 1/3 of the officers, the letter shall convene the meeting without delay.
