A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a blood alcohol level of approximately 0.241% while under the influence of alcohol level of KRW 0.241% from the 300-meter section of the Geum-si apartment, which is located in the 65-meter old Si Newcom, around 22:26, 201.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving on the part of the Defendant who violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (the death or injury prior to the risk).
