1. On February 10, 2014, the Defendant’s omission of the amount borne by the burden on the public sewerage of KRW 365,324,100 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On December 29, 2009, on the 30th day of the same month, a medical corporation, Cheongpy Medical Foundation (hereinafter “Cheongpy Medical Foundation”) purchased the land of 177-1 and accommodation facilities and buildings with the fourth floor above the ground and completed the registration of ownership transfer on its own on the 30th day of the same month. On February 3, 2010, from the Gyeongbuk-do Governor, on the above building, the medical corporation obtained permission to establish a medical institution with 34 sickbeds in the name of the “Cheongpy Medical Foundation, the Medical Corporation,” and the name of the medical institution was changed on December 5, 201.

In addition, on October 6, 2010, the Cheongpy Medical Foundation obtained permission from the Mayor/Do Governor on the opening of a medical institution of 34 sickbeds in the name of the 1276-10th above the 1276-10th above the 3th floor of Yongsan-si, the name of the Cheongpy Medical Foundation which is a Medical Service Corporation (hereinafter “the above medical institution and building”), and purchased the above land and building on January 26, 201, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on its own on March 15, 201.
C. Thereafter, on December 27, 2012, the Clean Medical Foundation donated both the sites and buildings of the Nowon-gu and Yongsan-gu Points to the Plaintiff. On March 7, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on donations with respect to each of the above real estate on the ground of donation. On March 12, 2013, the Plaintiff obtained permission to change the name of the Plaintiff into the “Plaintiff”, the name of the “Plaintiff Young-gu Care Hospital Senior”, and the “Plaintiff Young-gu Care Hospital Senior”, respectively.
