1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,719,475 and KRW 20,241,360 among them.

1. On April 18, 2003, Hana Bank Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., with the indication of claims extended KRW 85 million to Defendant A Co., Ltd. (formerly, Co., Ltd., Ltd.; hereinafter the Defendant Co., Ltd.), and Defendant B, as joint and several liability, jointly and severally guaranteed the above debts. Since then, the Plaintiff acquired the above claims finally on November 29, 201 through M&C, CEL partnership loans, and Solomon Savings Bank, Inc., Ltd., and notified the Defendant Company of the assignment of claims.

B. As of May 29, 2014, the Defendant Company’s obligation is the principal amounting to KRW 20,241,360, and KRW 32,478,115, the sum of KRW 52,719,475, and KRW 17% interest per annum on the acquisition amount. The Plaintiff is applying interest in arrears at KRW 17% per annum to the acquisition amount.
