Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who engages in food service business (general restaurant) under the trade name "Ccafeteria" located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

Where a person who establishes and operates a place of business or meal service facilities prescribed by Presidential Decree sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or processed agricultural and fishery products prescribed by Presidential Decree, he/she shall not make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion therewith.

Between February 17, 2014 and March 4, 2014, the Defendant purchased 8,000,000 won per 20,000 won for 160,000 won for cabbage, which was manufactured by using domestic cabbage and red red powder in China as a raw material, from Jeju-si Dok-si (ju F).

On February 17, 2014, between February 17, 2014 and March 13, 2014, the Defendant visited a business establishment and provided approximately 69.9kg of traditional kimchi purchased as above to many, unspecified consumers ordering sugar, spawn, spawn spawn, spawn spawn, etc., with the consent of half 69.9k.9k., at the bottom of the Qua New bulletin Board, the Defendant falsely indicated the origin of spachi in Korea and kept approximately 10.1k of traditional kimchi to provide it for the same purpose.
