Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle of QM3.

On August 21, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at the front intersection of Jinyang-gu, Jinyang-si at the Namyang-si, Jinyang-si on August 21, 2015, and was straighten from the Jinnan-do to the epotent 50km of Sincheon-gu.
