Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking) at the Cheongju District Court on February 15, 2016, and five million won for the same crime in the same court on June 20, 2016.
Although there were two or more drinking driving power as above, the Defendant driven a C-do motor vehicle in the section of about 20 km from the 0.105% of alcohol concentration in the blood transfusion around November 4, 2017 to the roads of about 20 km in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju-si, Seoul, Seo-gu, Cheongju-si, Seo-gu, Seoul.
On February 15, 2016, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Cheongju District Court on February 15, 2016, and on June 20, 2016, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
On February 28, 2018, at around 01:35, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a Clatera car at the 7km section from the mutual aesthetic road located in Cheongju-si’s petition rate of 0.071%, to the front road of each church set forth in 208 to 3-3-208 of the original Eup’s science industry.
Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license under the influence of alcohol.
