A: Plaintiff A/Buyer(B): Defendant A and B enter into a sales contract to establish and operate a gas station on the following land.

Article 1 (Indication of Subject Matter of Sale) All kinds of authorization and permission (including all expenses incurred in obtaining permission, such as payment by A, payments, taxes, charges, design service charges, administrative litigation charges, etc.) and other expenses incurred later shall be borne by the Gyeonggi-do Governor, such as building permission necessary for the construction of the land of 1,391 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”) and a gas station acquired at the time of the Si of Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”).

(2) B shall bear all the costs incurred in the new construction and operation of gas stations under the name of Party A in the form of loan, and shall operate lawfully and properly, and shall not be subject to any civil or criminal liability against Party A.
