A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Suppression;
A. From around 2008, the Defendant: (a) expressed that from around March 2008, the Defendant was aware of the failure of his/her employees, such as the Plaintiff’s Da and fighting, etc.; (b) expressed that he/she would not pay entrance fees and designated seat admission fees by threatening his/her employees who inspect the entrance fees; (c) had access without purchasing an admission ticket; and (d) had a victim E (the employee who inspected the admission ticket, 53 years old) who was at the time of receiving an admission ticket; and (e) had the Defendant not receive an admission fee from the Defendant; and (e) had the Defendant paid KRW 1,000 to the Defendant; and (e) had the Defendant not paid KRW 1,00,000 from March 23, 2014; and (e) had the Defendant acquire financial profits equivalent to KRW 101 and KRW 1300,000,000 from March 29, 2014.
B. On February 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) parked the FNp car driven by the Defendant at the above D parking lot; (b) requested KRW 7,000 for daily parking fees from the victim G (Nam, 75 years of age) who is parking personnel; and (c) threatened the victim with the heavy desire, and prevented the Defendant from receiving parking fees; and (d) prevented the Defendant from paying the said parking fees, from paying KRW 7,000,000 from that time to June 21, 2013, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 140,000, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2).
2. The Defendant interferes with his duties;
A. From around 18:00 on November 9, 2013, the victim H (n, 61 years of age) caused to cleaning the above horse race tracks around 10 minutes of the victim’s 10 minutes of cleaning and organizing the horse race tracks by means of threatening the victim as he/she turns out, and threatening him/her to take a large interest, on the grounds that the Defendant arranged a horse-only area and a horse-friendly culture area between his/her women in a smoking room;
