A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, including by deceiving the victim as above and receiving KRW 830,00 from the victim’s bank account under the name of the Defendant at that time, to transfer KRW 830,00 from November 12, 2016 to March 13, 2017, received KRW 334,380 in total from one bank account in the name of the Defendant, under the same manner as the victim’s list of crimes in attached crimes, G, H, I, J,J, F, L, K, M, N, P, Q, Q, T, T, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z, AB, AB, AE, AE, AE, AF, AJ, AJ, AK, AK, and AK, by means of the same manner as the victim’s list of crimes in attached Form 3, H, H, M, M, P, P, P, Q, A, AK, AK, and transfer money to the agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant.
