Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.00,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are working, and victims C (n, 21 years old), victims D (n, 20 years old), and victims E (n, 20 years old) are working.

On November 25, 2016, the Defendants: (a) boarded the bus 106 that was moved to the direction of the Sweon distance from the Government around 16:32 on November 25, 2016; (b) Defendant B, who was seated in the process of moving to the back of the lower end of the bus, became a trial expense due to the victim’s her mutual booming, and became a starting expense on November 25, 2016.

1. On November 25, 2016, around 16:40, Defendant A assaulted around the central bus stops of an Arabic distance of 48 U.S., Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with a view to the foregoing reason, Defendant C brought a brush to the face of the victim D by hand while taking a bath for the foregoing reason, and then pushed the victim E face, and continued to wear down the clothes of the victim C, and pushed the victim C’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims.

2. Defendant B, at the date and time, at the place described in paragraph 1, and on the above grounds, with the time of vision for the above reasons, kept the victim E from her hand, and the victim D, who was next to it, reported by using a mobile phone, and got off his cell phone while pushing the victim D, and broken off his cell phone (opon 6) so that the repair cost would be equivalent to 150,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims and damaged the cell phone of the victim D.
