1. Defendant M&C Co., Ltd.: KRW 47,00,000 for the Plaintiff and its related amount from December 16, 2013 to October 5, 2016.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a person who engages in the business of cultivating crops, such as d and stoma, in a vinyl with the trade name called “D” at the time of residence of the Plaintiff. 2) Defendant MTC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “MT”) is a company that mainly engages in the business of manufacturing and selling agricultural machinery.
3) Defendant B is a person who sells agricultural machinery, etc. in the name of E from E to F at the time of residence. B. The Plaintiff’s installation of the Plaintiff’s agricultural heating equipment is two agricultural heating equipment, etc. manufactured by Defendant MT on August 14, 2013 (hereinafter “instant heating equipment”).

2. The assertion and judgment
