A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take marijuana, or carry marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for such purpose.

1. On May 22, 201, around 22:00, the Defendant, along with D, smoked on May 1, 201, that he brought about with D, in the residence of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CD, with the flabage of marijuana.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, smoked marijuana.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana for the purpose of smoking.

3. On October 201, 201, the Defendant kept iron stuffs, which contain the fluority of marijuana, with which he/she was found to be the residence of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CD on October 22, 201 and displayed marijuana to D around 22:0.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana for the purpose of smoking.

4. On October 201, 201, around 23:30, the Defendant collected marijuana in the B and E B, and carried them in a large-scale test sealing.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana in collusion with D and E for the purpose of smoking.
