Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a staff member of the SP Korea Co., Ltd. in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, which is the field director at the roof improvement construction site of B raw material warehouses.

On March 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 07:40 on March 17, 2014, when the Defendant moved the iron plates to a construction site for raw material storage improvement project in Ulsan-gu, Inc., Ltd.; and (b) when the Defendant, as a safety control manager, had a person with a driver’s license operate the car; (c) he gets off the iron plates; and (d) transported the iron plates to a transport unit without the driver’s license; and (e) had a duty of care to prevent the steel plates from getting out, the Defendant, without the driver’s license, driven the D while driving the car without the driver’s license; and (e) was unable to properly manipulate the steel plates while transporting the iron plates to transport the iron plates to another; and (e) had the victim E (the south, 42 years old) who supported the transport of the iron plates to the left side of the victim E (the victim) who was in need of approximately eight weeks medical treatment.
