A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 14:37 on December 2, 2019, the first floor of the Fmatet dong located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and (b) on December 14:37, 2019, the Defendant laid off a number of fakes which were displayed at the same time using a gap in the surveillance of the victim G, who is a security officer, and put them into the Defendant’s hand room.

Defendant continued to exist in the same month
