The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is a man of the “new marcom,” who is a violent organization that acts as the competent officer of the Nam-gu, Incheon.

A. Of the facts charged in the instant case, the part concerning the violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury to Group, Deadly Weapons, etc.) was present at the time of the instant case, the legal statement of J, I, M, G and F and the statement to the investigative agency, D.
