Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On April 21, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 29, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 19, 2012, and on May 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of robbery and a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at a military prison on September 21, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1.
