Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2013, at around 00:20, the Defendant started from the place near Samyang-gu Seoul Northern District, the Defendant driven Bpoter 21 ton of alcohol content from approximately 1km distance to approximately 0.183% of blood alcohol content in front of the Jari-dong 4, 90-27 Solargy District, an accident location.
