1. Defendants (Appointeds) B and Appoints, Defendant C and E are the District Court of the Republic of Korea on December 15, 2014.

1. Basic facts

가. 원고는 F씨(F氏) 중시조 G의 18세손인 H의 후손들로 구성된 종중이고, 피고(선정당사자) B 및 선정자들과 피고 C, E(이하 이들 모두를 지칭할 때에는 ‘피고들’이라 한다)는 망 I의 상속인들로서 원고의 종중원들이다.

B. On November 17, 1926, the registration of ownership preservation was completed under the name of K prior to the subdivision of the Gu-Si, Si-U.S., J 2,985 square meters (hereinafter “the real estate prior to the subdivision of this case”).
