1. Details of the disposition;

A. On July 5, 2018, the Plaintiff was an employee of B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “company”), and was diagnosed by the lower court, the right slotle, the lower court, and the Defendant’s medical treatment from July 6, 2018 to March 13, 2019, when the instant injury and disease was approved by the Defendant as an occupational accident.

B. On April 3, 2019, the Plaintiff filed a claim for disability benefits with the Defendant. On May 7, 2019, the Defendant, following the Integrated Examination Committee, determined that the Plaintiff’s disability grade was necessary to install a fixed gear in the event that he/she heavily works on the right part of the Plaintiff’s right part of the bridge, and determined that the Plaintiff’s disability grade was determined by class 10 as class 10 of class 14 corresponding to “a person who is unable to properly use one pipe out of three sections of one bridge,” and was finally determined by class 10 as class 10 of class 12.
