Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not obtain permission to engage in a dynasing business from the Gwangju City, and operated an dynasing business by cooking and selling dynasing alcohols worth an average of 50,000 won per day, with the business facilities, such as 5 tables, 10 chairs, 10 automatic reflectrs, 1 film devices, 1 microphones, 2 microphones, etc., on the floor area of about 20 square meters from the middle of November 2012 to February 6, 2013.
