On December 25, 2013, at around 22:10, the Defendant: (a) stated that “A victim C (here, 63 years of age) in Daegu Dong-gu B did not drink as a matter of credit rating within D main points operated by the victim’s victim C (here, 63 years of age) and expressed his/her desire to “I am snick, I am knick, I am knick, I am knick, I am knick, I do not am a fine only if I accused, I do not am knick.” (a total length of 12cc) who was in possession of the victim in his/her main machine, thereby threatening the victim as I am a knick.
