Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2015, at around 00:20, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a car from approximately 500 meters away from the road in front of 18, to the road in front of 13-3 of the same city.
