1. Progress of judgment and scope of adjudication;

A. 1) The plaintiffs and the joint plaintiffs B of the first instance trial (hereinafter "B").

(2) The Plaintiff Company filed a suit against the Defendant with the principal claim for the amount of KRW 491,030,000 in total, the sum of embezzlement and defraudation money, KRW 491,030,00 in total, KRW 178,900 in total, and delay damages, and KRW 33 months in total, the amount of unpaid benefits from June 2006 to March 2009, and KRW 99,000 in total, and delay damages. The Defendant filed a counterclaim against the Plaintiffs and B (hereinafter “the excess expenditure of this case”).

(2) The Plaintiff Company filed a claim for damages for delay and delayed payment amounting to KRW 227,167,97,00. The first instance court rejected all of the Plaintiff Company’s principal claim.
