1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Car.

On August 7, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol content 0.164% during blood transfusions around 19:55, while driving the said car at a level of alcohol content 0.164%, and led to the flow to the sports complex at the direction of the luminous police station, one of the two-lanes front of the D oil station in Dongbcheon City C.

Since there are frequent traffic of vehicles and crackdowns on the drinking of police officers, the driver has a duty of care to operate the vehicle at a sufficient distance from the front vehicle with thorough drinking and speeding.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded with the part of the back part of the victim E vehicle which was stopped in order to respond to the crackdown on drinking by negligence while driving the vehicle without living well before.

After all, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E and the passenger F of the damaged vehicle due to the foregoing occupational negligence, such as spawn f, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around August 19:55, 2016, the Defendant driven a B Lone Star Motor Vehicle in the state of alcohol alcohol content of about 1km from the 1km section from the front side of the king Don-dong, Dongbcheon-si, B to the front road of the oil station located in Dongbcheon-si, Dongbcheon-si.

around 15:40 on March 12, 2017, the Defendant driven a 2 km G rocketing car from the front of the “luminous gas station” located in 3059, e.g., the Gabcheon-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, at around 15:40 on March 12, 2017.
