The reasoning for the court’s explanation on the instant case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for the rejection of each description of No. 9 (including the serial number) that is insufficient to recognize the Defendant’s assertion as evidence added by the trial court. Therefore, this Court cited it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
