Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2016, at around 20:15, the Defendant: (a) removed a female light fluort at a price of at least 189,900 won in the market using the bags possessed by “C” 1st floor clothing stores located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and stolen it by means of a flood method, which is a fluort of the price of at least 189,900 won in the market.
