1. Defendant A

A. As of April 30, 2013, the Defendant forced and detained the Defendant: (a) was notified by the management body of the termination of the consignment management contract; (b) was under the management body and lawsuit; (c) was determined by the victim G (n) who was in the process of the management body and lawsuit; (d) was in excess of the materials indicated in the management expenses, etc. of the State B; and (e) was notified to the victim as of October 31, 2013, around October 17, 2013.

At around 13:30 on October 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) arranged personal belongings in the above (ju) B B’s 11th floor management office; (b) opened the entrance door to the meeting room inside the above office; and (c) claimed that there is materials of (ju)B in the above stuff by opening the entrance door in hand; and (d) confirmed the width and e-mail under an agreement from now to 17:4 hours after opening the meeting; and (b) opened a personal e-mail by causing the victim to open the private room on his/her book; and (c) opened the personal e-mail from the victim’s computer to the victim’s personal e-mail search; and (d) opened the above e-mail for 17 hours from the victim’s day to the day of the above e-mail search; and (e) opened the e-mail from the victim’s e-mail.

Accordingly, the defendant, by intimidation, let the victim do an unobligatory act, and detained the victim.
