On July 10, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 700,000 won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and a fine of 4 million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on March 28, 2012.

around 08:59 on December 13, 2017, the Defendant driven an 500m alcohol level from the front side of the Youngnam Sea State in Busan, Daegu, to the front side of the same Dong in the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.16% during blood.
