[Criminal record] On June 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for criminal fraud at the Daejeon District Court on August 2, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 29, 2017.

1. 공모관계 피고인은 2017. 2. 22. 경 불상지에서, 소 셜 네트 웍크 서비스 (SNS) 인 ‘B' 의 ’C‘ 공지사항 란에서, 전자금융 사기범죄( 이른바 ‘ 보이스 피 싱’) 조직원인 성명 불상자( 일명 ‘D’ )로부터, ‘ 꿀 알바, 당일 일당 30, E 주세요, 아님 F 메신저 톡 주세요’ 라는 글을 읽고, 위 성명 불상자에게 인터넷 무료통화 서비스인 ‘F '를 통해 연락하여, “ 타인 명의의 체크카드를 전달 받아 현금을 인출하는 일을 해 주면 일당을 지급하겠다” 는 취지의 제안을 받고 이를 수락하였다.

2. The victim wired KRW 100,000 to the G account in the name of H (J) around 11:28.

On February 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 900,00,000 from the I cancer branch located in Daejeon U.S. K around February 24, 2017 to the account designated by his name in the name in accordance with the direction of the person without his name; and (b) deposited and delivered the same from February 24, 2017 to the account designated by his name in the name in accordance with the order of the person with no name in question.
