A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the defendant and the defendant who was attending a graduate school such as the victim E (n, 30 years of age).

1. On July 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on July 3, 2013, at the G University H 402 Laboratory located in Seoul, G University H402, on the ground that the victim evaluated the research materials of undergraduate students who are in charge of the victim’s guidance and sent text messages to the undergraduate students, and subsequently, sent them called the victim’s arms to the undergraduate students; (b) stated the victim’s bitching and pushed down, “the same bit of bitch son, this bit of bitch son”; and (c) took the victim’s desire to write down the victim’s left door, and took the victim’s door with stairs outside the laboratory.

2. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on the following day from July 22, 2013, on the ground that the Defendant 23:00, around 04:00, had the victim, who was preparing to make a presentation in the experiment room No. 402, drinking alcohol and found the victim was not able to complete the preparation for presentation; (b) had the victim fright to the victim by gathering a person for office use at that place; and (c) had the victim walking the victim’s right bridge by walking the victim’s escape once.

When the victim demanded that “the victim gets out and frighted”, the Defendant saw the victim’s head fright, ske the victim’s head fright, and led the victim out of the laboratory by putting the victim’s left fright.

The Defendant committed assault against the victim, such as taking once the victim’s head “at the end of the victim”, taking the victim’s name, leading approximately 500 meters outside the above building.

3. On July 30, 2013, the Defendant, from around 23:00 on July 30, 2013, found the victim in front of the dormitory located in G University located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City between 04:00 and 04:00 following the day, provided that the victim would come to the dormitory in front of the dormitory located in G University located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and that the victim would go to the boarding without any justifiable reason, while drunkly entering the dormitory again.

The defendant is defective that the victim intends to enter the dormitory.
