1. On December 27, 2016, the instant lawsuit becomes final and conclusive as a substitute for conciliation in this Court Decision 2016 money 43842.

The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant, and subsequently transferred the instant lawsuit to conciliation, and rendered a decision in lieu of conciliation in December 12, 2016, which was rendered by this court 2016 money 43842, and the Defendant did not raise an objection, thereby making a decision in lieu of conciliation became final and conclusive, and thus, a declaration of termination of the lawsuit becomes final and conclusive.
