A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person of the 2017 Highest 1249 shall transfer, acquire, or establish a pledge on any access medium used to issue a transaction instruction in electronic financial transactions or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the transaction details.

Nevertheless, on August 17, 2016, the Defendant transferred the KEB Bank Account (number: E) and the cash card, the OTP card, the password, and the new bank account (number: F) to the KEB Bank Account (number: F) head and the KTP card, the OTP card, the password, and the password to the K Kwikset Articles, as stated in the separate sheet, at the same place from November 28, 2016, to the same place as indicated in the separate sheet, and from November 28, 2016, the Defendant transferred to the Kwiksetset Articles, who sent the above “B”.

A person of "2017 Highest 1491" is prohibited from doing an act of ordering a transaction in electronic financial transactions or transferring or taking over any access medium used to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and transaction details. However, around August 2016, the Defendant received five million won from a lender (one named “B”) who is unable to know the name he/she became aware of through the Internet hosting hold around Daejeon, and transferred the passbook, cash card, etc. related to the Nong Bank account (I) established in the name of the Defendant as his/her representative in accordance with the order of the above “B” to the Kwiksetset Service Officer who sent the above “B”.
