1. Facts of recognition;

A. The representative director C and the defendant are legal couple.

B. On August 17, 2016, C entered into an agreement with the Defendant to divorce with the Defendant on division of property; “C shall pay KRW 2.1 billion to the Defendant on August 31, 2016; and the remaining amount shall be paid KRW 20 million on the last day of each month from September 2016 to 95 times; if C was subject to compulsory execution, provisional attachment, provisional disposition, provisional disposition, or request for auction from a third party; if C was subject to disposition of seizure due to default of taxes, it shall lose the benefit of time and pay the remaining amount immediately; and the Plaintiff shall jointly guarantee the above debt to the Defendant; and even if a notary public of the agreement to recognize compulsory execution based on division of property pursuant to the agreement is not subject to dispute between the Defendant and the No. 4 of the No. notarial Deed agreement, a property division agreement shall be made and delivered to the Defendant under the No. 50 of the No. 330 of the No. 300 of the No. 4 of the No. notarial deed of property division agreement.

C. On August 17, 2016, as of the date of the instant notarial deed preparation, C filed an application for verification of divorce with the Suwon District Court No. 2016No. 699 on August 17, 2016.

On November 29, 2016, the defendant did not appear on the date of child rearing guidance and confirmation of intention of divorce carried out in the case of application for confirmation of intention of divorce, and accordingly, the case of application for confirmation of intention of divorce was deemed to have been withdrawn on the same day.

E. Following November 30, 2016, the Defendant issued the Suwon District Court Order 2016p. 50948 against Suwon District Court.
