【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant, at around 23:00 on July 27, 2013, got off female employees by telephone at the D hotel 202 E and F hotel establishments located in Young-si, Young-si, Young-si, G, and was refused to engage in commercial sex acts from the relevant female employees and female employees who attempted to engage in commercial sex acts.
