A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In managing the store of this case for the above period, the Defendant arbitrarily sold the goods supplied by the victimized company without the consent of the victimized company in order to raise sales, and then sold the goods supplied by the victimized company to its customers in order to collect the shortage of sales proceeds from the discount sale at will, as if the sales details were not entered in the computer system of the victimized company, or the goods already sold were returned only by the computer system, and used the above two methods, the pertinent goods were actually sold, but the sales proceeds of the said goods were still remaining without being sold in the computer system of the victimized company, and are part of the sales proceeds of other goods sold before discount.
