1. The defendant shall pay 20 million won to the plaintiff and one hundred million won among them from December 31, 2004, and the remaining one hundred million won to the plaintiff.

On August 24, 2009, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Plaintiff: (c) the written statement of payment containing a statement that the agreed interest rate of KRW 100 million borrowed on December 30, 2004 and the agreed interest rate of KRW 6% per annum from December 31, 2004 to September 30, 2009; (d) the KRW 100 million borrowed separately on August 24, 2009 to pay the agreed interest rate of KRW 6% per annum from February 20, 2008 to September 30, 2009; and (e) the written statement of payment containing a statement that the agreed interest rate of KRW 100,000 shall be paid from February 21, 2008 to September 30, 2009 to the Plaintiff; and (e) each of the above written statement of payment was prepared and delivered to the Plaintiff on February 24, 2009.
