Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

On August 10, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:01, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.113%, driven the cargo vehicle at approximately 30 meters from the Do near the Afforestation-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the 777 front road of the same Dog-dong 30 meters.
