A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 20:13, around 2018, at a 282-ro 282-odon c., an accompanying forest outside the counter of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and (b) “The fire force D, who belongs to the Changwon Fire Station C of the Changwon Fire Headquarters, dispatched on the site after receiving a report 119, committed assault against the above F on one occasion by reporting the background leading up to the assignment of the E police station of the Changwon-gu, Changwon Fire Station C of the Changwon Fire Headquarters, the Defendant knife the Defendant’s hand for the rescue of the Defendant; and (c) the head part of the said D was cut off from the same dry field as the Defendant knife, and without any particular reason, without reporting it.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate performance of official duties on the life rescue of fire officers, and interfered with legitimate performance of official duties on the handling of 112 reported cases by police officers.
