A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 6, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the port support of the Daegu District Court.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B.

On May 20, 2020, at around 02:26, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.051% of the blood alcohol concentration, was driving the Djun Road in the northwest-gu C at the port of port from the hotel to the school delivery box at the seat of the E, and became a U-turn.

At this point, there is a center line of yellow solid lines, so in such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive the center line and to make a U-turn at the point where the internship is permitted.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
