If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates ‘C Sing practice place' located in Bupyeong-si.

No sing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, on October 6, 2016, the Defendant sold and provided 1 cans equivalent to 3,000 won in the market price to customers D in the "Creing practice room" juvenile house located in Bupyeong-si B.
