1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is operating the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Private Teaching Institutes for Emba and Electricity (hereinafter “instant Private Teaching Institutes”) in Yeongdeungpo-gu 4A.

B. The Plaintiff obtained recognition of the following two training courses from the Defendant (hereinafter “instant training courses”).

훈련과정 실시기간 소방안전관리실무자양성과정 (이하 ‘훈련과정 1’이라 한다) 2015. 12. 26. ~ 2016. 3. 5. 소방기술실무자양성기본과정 (이하 ‘훈련과정 2’라 한다) 2015. 12. 27. ~ 2016. 3. 6. ▣ 훈련과정 1 인정받은 내용과 다르게 실제로는 ‘위험물기능장’ 자격시험과정으로 운영하였고, 훈련생에게 무상으로 제공하기로 한 소방안전 관련 교재(총 7권)를 지급하지 않고, 위험물기능장 자격시험 교재를 지급하였다.
