Criminal facts

On June 20, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of 07:45% of blood alcohol concentration of 0.150%, and the Defendant driven the Csch Rexton car under his/her possession, and proceeded at the speed of about 60 km in front of the treatment steering line, which is located in Aju-dong at the Gyeongnam-si at the Gyeongnam-si, at a speed of about 60 km.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was negligent in neglecting the duty of her former week and in operating the steering gear accurately, caused two lanes in the same direction. The Defendant received the back portion of the victim D(34 years old) E SP car driving in the same direction, which was proceeding two lanes in the same direction, in front of the right side of the said SPton car.

In this shock, the victim F, who is a partner of the victim D and SP car, suffered from the injury to the victim F (the 32 years old), by each of approximately two weeks of treatment, such as clocks and tensions, and at the same time, the victim F, damaged the above SP car owned by the victim F to be 813,305 won of the repair cost, without any necessary measures such as stopping and providing relief to the victims.
