The grounds of appeal are examined.

In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the modified facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, erred by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the elements for the formation of a crime of fraud and a crime of violation of the Infant Care Act, conspiracy relation, the statutory principle of crime, the principle of separation of power, the recognition of illegality, and the number of crimes, or by infringing the Defendants’ defense rights due to an inappropriate modification of indictment procedures.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
