1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,367,892 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 18, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The amended provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay was partially dismissed.
