Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the Grandland in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On April 24, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.195% in blood, while driving the said car at a level of 0.195%, and driving the vehicle in front of the Jincheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, into four-lanes from the IC region on the side of the Jeonju, along the direction of the 325-lane.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not operate a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and has the duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as making a good report on the traffic situation on the front-hand and operating the steering system accurately.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting the duty of care in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.195% in blood, and instead did not discover the E-motor vehicle driven in the same direction as the victim D ( South, 53 years old) who was parked on the four-lane in the same direction, and received the following part of the said truck from the front part of the said motor vehicle being driven by the Defendant.

As above, the Defendant suffered injury, such as a warning sign, etc. accompanied by a new ppuri disease that requires approximately three weeks of treatment, by negligence in the course of performing duties, while driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking.

2. On April 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a CF car in the CF car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.195% from the 20km section of the blood alcohol content to the 325-ro, Jincheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City from the front of a restaurant in the name of the sub-Dong-dong, Yansan Special Metropolitan City to the front day of the 325-day Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
