When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2015, at around 08:30, the Defendant, as a field manager at B ( barge, 1,827 tons) where the Cheongdo-gu Cheongdo-gu Cheongdo-gu Cheongdo-gu Cheongdo-do-si, Busan, had a quantity of pollutants discharged into the sea away from the sea, due to negligence, failing to exercise the duty of care to prevent the discharge of work wastes in the course of performing on-site-related operations.
