1. The defendant is the District Court of Jung-gu with respect to the share of 100/10080 square meters out of 10,080 square meters of the forest land in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) is a planning real estate company under the title of dividing the land in Gyeonggi-gu into a large number of parcels and selling it to many unspecified persons. The Defendant, in the non-party company, has a counselor (director), a sales manager (director), and a sales manager (director). When the land is sold, the Plaintiff paid part of the purchase price to the pertinent counselor, a sales manager, and a sales manager as sales commission.

B. The Defendant substantially managed the non-party company by exercising overall control over all business affairs and fund management of the non-party company. The employer did not explain the situation. The non-party company should be urged to continuously encourage the sale of each of the land of this case, including consultation with the customers.

C. On May 5, 2008, the Defendant between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on May 5, 2008 through the Plaintiff’s sales company G, 100 square meters out of 10,080 square meters of the Gyeonggi-gu Forest Land, which is part of the land of the Fow of the said Gyeonggi-gun.
