1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established for the purpose of developing research and technology related to advanced information and communications, providing services, manufacturing and selling information and communications devices, and the Defendant is a corporation established for the purpose of designing printed circuits, developing business, manufacturing business, etc.

B. The Plaintiff was supplied with a printed circuit board ("PCB") from the Defendant since 2005, while conducting research and development on parts entered into military supplies by the Defendant.

C. On March 25, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the supply of goods to deliver six kinds of non-permanent circuit assemblies for association emotional failure, respectively, by setting the contract amount of KRW 937,540,400, and the payment period from August 30, 2016 to April 13, 2017, respectively.

The Defendant produced Category 6 PCB 6 in accordance with the order and drawing provided by the Plaintiff, and supplied them to each Plaintiff on October 27, 2015, and September 137, 2016.

E. On July 15, 2016 and August 29, 2016, the Plaintiff conducted a work of combining parts manufactured by the Plaintiff to the PCB supplied by the Defendant on October 27, 2015 (hereinafter “SMT work”), and conducted a self-inspection before supplying the completed assembly to the Han Twits, and the current from the PCB of the two assembly companies was discovered.

F. The Plaintiff refers to a hole used for connection between the second or upper inner body without inserting parts into the Defendant without inserting parts in Vole Hale Hale Male Multi-Stamper board.

Around October 27, 2016, the Defendant sent the PCB of the above assembly with the notification to the effect that the electricity would be cut, and the Defendant determined that the PCB had occurred on the wall inside the hole due to the rain that was finished during the drone process, and that the CRV Hole was given to the above PCB.
